Traditional approaches to training and professional development have reinforced the siloed support for general and special educators, which leads to limited changes in practice and a lack of cohesive educational experience for students.
SPED Strategies actively disrupts this status quo by creating rich, engaging learning experiences that drive changes in school communities. To affect this change, we offer customized individual and sequences of learning for district leaders, school leaders as well as general and special education teachers in implementing deepened knowledge and practices in service of meeting the needs of diverse learners.
