Josh is a focused and positive supporter of inclusive education. As an Implementation Specialist, Josh supports the organization’s efforts in bringing new, inclusive, and effective techniques to educators.

Prior to joining SPED Strategies, Josh served as a 7th and 8th grade ELA teacher for his district’s inclusive education program. There, Josh led inclusive learning for students of self contained classrooms in a general education environment. This work aimed to create a more
inclusive conversation about expectations and standards for all students.

Josh has worked in a variety of settings, from inclusive general education classrooms tobeing a public servant at the Benton County Court. He has been a life-long Arkansan, and has astrong desire to leave a lasting, positive impact on his state’s education practices.
